- We boil the fish in fresh water, not salt water, in Numazu. Therefore, our products are low in salt.
- We thoroughly give bonitos good smokey flavor, using 100% natural wood.

Safety
Our priority is to make healthy and earth-friendly products.
- Food safety is the key to our business. We pay attention to thermal control throughout the process to keep histamine from generating, and we regularly request inspection agencies for histamine tests.
- Our products including by-products are all additive and salt free.
- We have acquired fertilizer certifications for “fish dregs” and “wood ash.”
