Product Description Enjoy your homemade Dashi soy sauce and the cute looks of tiny bonitos. We call them “Hari(meaning Needle)” because of their thin and tiny looks. To make Dashi soy sauce or Dashi sauce, prepare a container (bottle). Put the dried soda bonitos and pour the soy sauce (sauce) of your choice in the container to soak the bonitos. Wait for seven to ten days in the fridge. Now, use the Dashi sauce for the dish such as Ohitashi, rice with egg, fried rice, Natto, or anything you like.
If you want to pour other kinds of sauce than soy sauce, thin sauce is preferred to thick one. Make sure to keep the container always in the fridge after you use it. You can reuse the Dashi by adding more sauce. The flavor will last apploxmately ten months.
