To make Dashi soy sauce or Dashi sauce, open the lid and pull out the inner plug. Then pour the soy sauce (sauce) of your choice until the dried soda bonito soaked. Wait for seven to ten days in the fridge. Now, use the Dashi sauce for the dish such as Ohitashi, rice with egg, fried rice, Natto, or anything you like. If you want to pour other kinds of sauce than soy sauce, thin sauce is preferred to thick one. Make sure to keep the bottle always in the fridge after you use it. You can reuse the Dashi by adding more sauce. The flavor will last apploxmately ten months. |
