Product Description | Enjoy the authentic flavor of the Dashi from the very dried bonito. To make Dashi, put a bag in a pot with two litters of water, and boil for twenty minutes. For a better flavor, keep soaking the bag for ten to thirty minutes after removing the pot from heat. You can also boil the Dashi Pack with meat, vegetables, or any seasoning while cooking. |
