Product Description | Well balanced mixture of four kinds of homemade dried fish; bonito, soda-bonito, mackerel, horse mackerel, and Shiitake mushroom. Put a pack in a pot with 2cups of water, and boil five to ten minutes. Keep soaking the pack in the soup until you eat the dish or you can boil the pack with meat or vegetables while cooking. Breaking a pack, use as powder for home cooking such as miso-soup, fried rice, pasta, and so on. Good for both Japanese and international cuisine. |
