Product Description | Enjoy the very Japanese Dashi, bonito with kelp, one of the best combination of all kinds. Best match with any Japanese cousin, especially Nimono (Japanese simmered vegetables), and Osumashi(Japanese soup). Put a pack in a pot with 2cups of water, and boil five to ten minutes. For a better flavor, keep soaking the pack in the fridge for half a day (to two days at the longest) or you can boil the pack with meat or vegetables while cooking. Breaking a pack, use as powder for home cooking such as stir fry, steamed vegetables, soup, and anything you like. |
